Germolene Antiseptic Ointment is a treatment for minor cuts and grazes; minor burns, scalds and blisters; sore, rough skin; washday hands; sunburn or stiff aching muscles. The ointment has an antiseptic action to help prevent infections, plus a soothing local anaesthetic effect to numb the pain

Thoroughly clean the affected area of skin. Minor cuts, grazes, etc, Clean the wound and apply directly or on a dressing. Minor burns, scalds, blisters, Apply liberally and cover with a light bandage. Sore, rough skin, washday hands, sunburn, etc, Apply directly and rub in gently. Stiff, aching muscles, Apply liberally and massage in thoroughly

Active Ingredients (w/w): Phenol 1.19%, Zinc Oxide 6.55%, Methyl Salicylate 3% and Octafonium Chloride 0.3%. Also contains: wool fat (lanolin), yellow soft paraffin, white soft paraffin, light liquid paraffin, starch, menthol and colours E124 and E102.
