Product Details

Buscopan® IBS Relief acts on the cause of the pain: relaxing the bowel muscles to help stop the spasm itself. It acts where it's needed, to effectively relieve the discomfort and pain of abdominal cramps. Contains hyoscine butylbromide. First see medical diagnosis.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years or over: Start by taking one tablet 3 times a day. If more pain relief is needed you can increase your dose to a maxiumum of two tablets 4 times a day. Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not chew it

Ingredients

Each tablet contains the active ingredient Hyoscine Butylbromide (10mg). Also contains: Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate, Maize Starch, Soluble Starch, Colloidal silica, Tartaric Acid, Stearic Acid, Sucrose, Talc, Acacia, Titanium Dioxide, Macrogol 6000, Caranauba wax, White Beeswax and Povidone.

Warnings

Warning - Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Not to be used if you have glaucoma (an eye condition), megacolon (a very enlarged colon), myasthenia gravis (a very rare muscle weakness) or are allergic to Hyoscine Butylbromide or any other ingredient. Do not store above 25oC. Keep in the original packaging. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Please read the enclosed leaflet before use
